Important Information and who we are

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Milton Village Florist website and the purchase of any flowers, plants, hampers, gifts, or related products ordered online, over the phone, or in-store.

By accessing, browsing, or placing an order through Milton Village Florist, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including our delivery, cancellation, refund, and product availability policies.

Milton Village Florist reserves the right to amend, update, or change these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use our website or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

Orders and Payment

Orders will not be dispatched until payment in full has been received and Milton Village Florist is satisfied with the integrity of the order.

It is the customer’s responsibility to enter the correct delivery address, recipient details, contact number, and delivery instructions at the time of ordering. If incorrect delivery details are provided and the order cannot be delivered, Milton Village Florist will not provide a refund. Should you wish to send the flowers again, the full cost of the replacement order and delivery will be payable by the customer.

Cancellation of Orders

Should you need to cancel your order, money will be refunded less a $30 administrative fee, only if notice is received by Milton Village Florist at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date.

Cancellations received with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged at 50% of the total order value.

We are unable to cancel orders that have already been prepared, arranged, dispatched, or are with our courier for delivery.

Refunds

As each flower arrangement is prepared with care and each customer’s requirements may be different, we ask that you contact Milton Village Florist directly to discuss any concerns regarding flowers sent or received.

A number of resolutions may be available depending on the particular situation, including replacement, store credit, voucher, or refund, at the discretion of Milton Village Florist.

All refunds for orders placed online or over the phone will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds for in-store purchases may be processed through the original card used, EFTPOS, or, where applicable, a voucher to the same value paid.

Milton Village Florist provides flower delivery services across Milton, Ulladulla, Mollymook, Narrawallee, Kings Point, Burrill Lake, Lake Tabourie, Bawley Point, Dolphin Point, Termeil, Conjola Park, Lake Conjola, Little Forest, Fishermans Paradise, Woodburn, Woodstock, Croobyar, Nowra, North Nowra, East Nowra, South Nowra, West Nowra, Bangalee, Tapitallee, Bomaderry, Cambewarra, Terara, Pyree, Culburra Beach, Callala Bay, Callala Beach, Berry, Shoalhaven Heads, Sussex Inlet, Cudmirrah, Swan Haven, Berrara, Jaspers Brush, Sanctuary Point, St Georges Basin, Vincentia, Huskisson, Basin View, Myola, Greenwell Point, Back Forest, and surrounding areas.

Milton Village Florist offers same day flower delivery for orders placed before 1:00 pm, Monday to Friday, subject to product availability, courier availability, and the recipient being within our delivery service area.

Orders placed after 1:00 pm will be delivered on the next available business day.

Milton Village Florist cannot guarantee a specific delivery time. While we will make every reasonable attempt to fulfil special delivery requests, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

As Milton Village Florist is closed on weekends and public holidays, orders placed for these days may be delivered on the next available business day unless otherwise arranged and confirmed by our team.

Seasonal Availability and Product Substitution

Flowers, plants, hamper items, and gift products are seasonal and subject to availability on the day of delivery.

Milton Village Florist will make every effort to source the flowers, plants, colours, and products selected by the customer. However, due to seasonal availability, market supply, and flower quality on the day, not all arrangements may appear exactly as pictured on the website.

By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge that there may be natural variations in flowers, colours, size, shape, and arrangement style. Where necessary, Milton Village Florist may substitute flowers, foliage, containers, or gift items with products of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style and feel of the arrangement.

Flower Care and Freshness

You can generally expect your flowers to last between 4 to 7 days, provided they are cared for correctly.

To help your flowers last as long as possible:

  1. Cut stems on an angle as soon as you receive the flowers, preferably under running water.
  2. Place flowers into a clean vase filled with fresh water.
  3. Add the flower food provided into the vase water as instructed.
  4. Check water levels daily and change the water completely every two days.
  5. Keep flowers away from direct sunlight, drafts, heaters, and air-conditioning.
  6. Remove wilted flowers or foliage to help preserve the remaining arrangement.

If you feel your flowers have not lasted for at least 3 days, please contact Milton Village Florist within this period by calling +612 4455 2965 or emailing shop@miltonflorist.com.au.

Milton Village Florist reserves the right to request photos or images of the original flowers. Any concerns regarding the freshness or quality of flowers must be communicated to our team within 3 days of delivery.

To assist with quality control, we may request to inspect or collect the original flowers. Unfortunately, we cannot arrange a replacement or redelivery if the original flowers have been disposed of or if photos are unavailable.
